Couteau Papillon - http://www.couteaupapillon.net
(english version)
Couteau Papillon is a lyrical formation that explores the space between genres in the Montreal franco-pop scene. Vocal harmonies, rhythmic guitars and synths, lend texture to singer/songwriter Philippe Lachance's rich stories, inspired by surrealist poetry and mythological writings. Couteau Papillon tells modern fables and syncretic legends from the global imaginary with a repertoire of original songs that equally invite introspection and fill the dance floor.
